  6. Half Guard Bottom - Old School Sweep.  Knee Shield sweep

  7. Half Guard Top - Crossface tripod pass

  8. Open Guard Bottom - Double Ankle Pull

  9. Open Guard Top - Bullfighter pass

  10. Side Control Bottom - Closed Guard Recovery

  11. Side Control Top - Transition to Knee on Belly - Arm Bar

  12. Bottom Mount - Bridge and Roll

  13. Top Mount - Head and Arm Choke

  14. Back Controlling - Strong side to RNC

  15. Back Controlled - Tabletop escape

  16. Submission Escapes - Arm Bars (Bump, hitchhiker, overhead, elbow retract).  

  17. Turtle Bottom - Makikomi (fat man) roll

  18. Turtle Top - Attacking the back.  Pulling hips to back/side control, N/S turtle guillotine

White Belt 2 Stripes
Minimum Training Time - 1 year (based on once a week training)

  1. Takedowns - Double Leg Takedown

  2. Closed Guard Bottom - Hip Bump Sweep

  3. Closed Guard Top - Umbrella Break to combat base to knee cut pass

  4. Closed Guard Submissions - Arm Bar

  5. Half Guard Bottom - Kimura to Hip Bump Sweep

  6. Half Guard Top - Knee Cut Pass.  Off side knee cut

  7. Open Guard Bottom - Sit up to single leg

  8. Open Guard Top - Pull Feet up to roll them backward to turtle

  9. Butterfly Guard Bottom - Basic underhook butterfly sweep

  10. Butterfly Guard Top - rotation - push shoulder and feet to spin them

  11. Side Control Bottom - Shoulder push escape

  12. Side Control Top - Crucifix Americana

  13. Bottom Mount - Half Guard Recovery

  14. Top Mount - Elevate elbows and mounted arm bar.  Extended arms to russian arm bar

  15. Back Controlling - Weak side attacks

  16. Back Controlled - Crossed ankle footlock and over the shoulder arm bar

  17. Submission Escapes - Triangle choke (posture, feet to armpits, danaher backstep)

  18. Turtle Bottom - Closed guard recovery.  Knee post behind them and sit back escape

  19. Turtle Top - 3/4 nelson attack.  Elbow pull to side control

  20. North South Bottom - Arm extension escape

White Belt 3 Stripes
Minimum Training Time - 1 year 6 months (based on once a week training)

  7. Open Guard Bottom - De la riva x guard sweep

  8. Open Guard Top - spin around feet

  9. Butterfly Guard Bottom - Half butterfly collar tie sweep

  10. Butterfly Guard Top - Flatten to Body Lock Pass

  11. Side Control Bottom - Underhook (RH) over the head (LH) roll escape

  12. Side Control Top - Kesa gatame scarf choke and leg weave armbar

  13. Bottom Mount - knee insert to double knee ankle sweep

  14. Top Mount - Americana / One handed Americana

  15. Back Controlling - Arm Bar, Triangle

  16. Back Controlled - Weak Side Escape

  17. Submission Escapes - Guillotine escape, Darce escape, Anaconda Escape

  18. Turtle Bottom - N/S completing the single leg, guard recovery, peek out, guillotine arm drag

  19. Turtle Top -  Anaconda, Darce, Bicep control to back take

  20. Kesa Headlock Bottom - Extract elbow and turtle

  21. X Guard - Entry from half butterfly, grab foot and lift.

  2. Closed Guard Bottom - No gi 2 on 1 overhook to buttefly sweep

  3. Closed Guard Top - Standing knee twist break to leg drag pass

  4. Closed Guard Submissions - Cross collar choke

  5. Half Guard Bottom - Loop Choke

  6. Half Guard Top - Darce Choke

  7. Open Guard Bottom - Triangle Choke

  8. Open Guard Top - Ashi Garami to straight ankle lock

  9. Side Control Bottom - Reverse Triangle

  10. Side Control Top - paper cutter choke, transition to north south choke

  11. Bottom Mount - knee insert to straight ashi

  12. Top Mount - mounted triangle.  Caveman arm bar.

  13. Back Controlling - Bow and Arrow

  14. Back Controlled - Body Triangle Escape

  15. Submission Escapes - RNC escapes, Kimura/American/Straight Arm lock escapes.  Cross collar/ezequiel escapes

  16. Turtle Bottom - Wrestling Sit out, Stand up

  17. Turtle Top - Clock Choke, Arm bar

  18. Knee on belly escapes - slide inside elbow to push off the knee

  19. De la Riva guard - collar drag

  20. X Guard - Drop back leg to block and sweep

Blue Belt 
Minimum Training Time - 2 years 6 months (based on once a week training)

  1. Takedowns - snap down to headlock n/s turtle

  2. Closed Guard Bottom - Back take

  3. Closed Guard Top - Sao Paulo pass

  4. Closed Guard Submissions - Ezequiel

  5. Half Guard Bottom - Redirect to toe hold

  6. Half Guard Top - Backstep knee bar

  7. Open Guard Bottom - Tripod sweep / Sickle Sweep

  8. Open Guard Top - backstep to cross ashi heel hook

  9. Side Control Bottom - roll away escape

  10. Side Control Top - windshield wiper choke.  side control arm bar

  11. Bottom Mount - feet to armpits roll out escape

  12. Top Mount - gift wrap to back control

  13. Back Controlling - kick up to rear ezequiel

  14. Back Controlled - low escape

  15. Submission Escapes - straight ankle lock and heel hook escapes

  16. Turtle Bottom - walk around (high opponent)

  17. Turtle Top - corkscrew breakdown.  truck attack.  Peruvian necktie

  18. Knee on belly escapes - frame the belt / knee and recover half guard

  19. De la Riva guard - back take

  20. X Guard - extension to stand up

  21. Single X guard - Entry to single x sweep vs standing opponent
