What do I need for my first class?
All you have to do is sign the waiver, either in person or online, and you can jump on the mat. No payment info is required. Parents must complete the waiver for minors.
If you have equipment already, bring it. Otherwise, just wear something comfortable to work out in and a water bottle. We offer lockers and 4 independent changing areas. It is recommended to not wear jewelry.
