One Step to Liveness Counters

  1. Pull.  Rear LF roundhouse kick, followed by a deep ridgehand.

  2. Step out to the transition middle block.  Lead side front kick as top hand slides over theirs to a thumbless grip.  "middle" backfist to a reverse punch.

  3. Intercepting side kick.  Step out to body punch. 

  4. Switch stance, LF high roundhouse kick.  Step down into an upper block frame against their guard.  Knee to the body.

  5. Parry to a jumping punch.  Trap hands and crescent kick over the shoulder.
