15-20 Reps Each Arm (Light Weight) - Bicep Curls
25 Crunches
10 Second PNF Front Kick
10 reps each leg - Front Stretch Kick
Section 2
15-20 Reps Each Arm (Light Weight) - Tricep Extensions
25 Russian Twists
10 Second PNF Side Kick
10 reps each leg - Straight Leg Side Kick
Section 3
15-20 Reps Each Arm (Light Weight) - Chest Press
1 Minute Front Plank or Pushup Position
10 Second PNF Roundhouse Kick
10 reps each leg - Straight Leg Roundhouse Kick Circles
Section 4
15-20 Reps Each Arm (Light Weight) - Lateral Raises
1 Minute Left Plank, 1 Minute Right Plank
10 Second PNF Peeing Dog
10 reps each leg - Straight Leg Hook Kick Circles
Section 5
15-20 Reps Each Arm (Light Weight) - Bent Over Row
10 each side - Triangles
10 PNF Hamstring Holds
10 reps each leg - Turning Back or Spinning Hook Kicks
