  1.  Turn 90 degrees to left, open hand diamond block

  2. Step forward, knifehand strike with open hand upper block, front stance

  3. Reversal Turn to double knifehand block (lead hand slightly high)

  4. Step forward, spearhand strike high section, unsupported, front stance

  5. LF back into feet together.  Chamber right.  Chamber left.

  6. RF side kick, then turn 180 degrees, into knifehand block

  7. Take 2 steps then flying side kick into RF forward knifehand block (Kihap)

  8. Turn 270 degrees, LF moves to lower supported block, back stance.

  9. Breaking block, front stance.  Hands become targets, then knee to target.

  10. Turn 180 degrees to the outside.  LH (Palm down) inside out knifehand strike, front stance.  Follow with RH Supported Ridgehand strike.

  11. RF roundhouse kick.  LF Turning back kick.  Turn 180 degrees to fighting stance. 

  12. LF roundhouse kick.  Step down into a 90 degree turn, facing R into a staff block, back stance. 

  13. Jumping into a full 360, land in a double knifehand block.

  14. Step forward LF into a supported spearhand strike, front stance.

  15. Turn 270 degrees into a supported left hand middle block, front stance

  16. Turn 90 degrees and step into a supported right hand middle block, horse stance.  RH backfist strike with left hand chamber.

  17. Turn 90 degrees to left, and chamber both hands on left hip. RF Side kick.

  18. LF side kick

  19. Turn 180 degrees into a midsection X block, tiger stance.

  20. Step forward, front stance.  Power move as if lifting great weight, both hands come up straight out in front of you.  

  21. Turn 180 degrees to RH upper block.  Reverse punch (Kihap)

  • Steps 1-4 - From a choke and a punch, block their bicep from the punching hand and inside control to bicep on choking hand.   LH sweeps their LH across and RH strike to the outside. Grab them by the chin from around the back and pull them around with the shredder.  As they attempt to get away or rotate away, grab their hair from behind and pull it to your hip and resume the same chin and head control.  Kick out to a second opponent, turn and come down with a forearm strike to the top of their neck. 

  • Steps 7-11 -  Attacking new opponent, flying side kick and grab them by collar and overhook as you land.  Turn to Tai Otoshi.  As they recover balance, grab them by the shoulders and knee strike them in the face. Rotate to Tai Otoshi and as they come around, ridgehand high to roundhouse mid.  As they back away, turning back kick.  Recover to fighting stance.

  • Steps 12-13 -  Roundhouse kick opponent from  stance, then grab them by the back of the neck and their R elbow and redirect them away.  They rotate hard counterclockwise back, so you jump and rotate with it, then come down into your ¾ back control post.

  • Steps 14-16 - This time they turn clockwise to face you, frame the shoulders for the clusters throw.  This time, they defend by going hips back and pushing away from you with their LH grabbing your RH.  Yank the RH back to clear the grip, then LH overhook grips their elbow and RH reaches over to the Georgian grip, and turn to the Osoto Otoshi. Keep the overhook grip and grab the lapel for follow up Osoto, stepping deep and pushing through at the end.

  • Steps 17-18 - Trap the lead hand with two handed grip, pull to hip and side kick.  Repeat.  

  • Step 19 - End -  Cross collar choke. They grab both your hands.  Power move, bring to center, posting under their wrists to straighten them.  Clear the arm across and punch them as you come around.
