Step 1 -3 - Tackle defense, Guillotine. They clear the head, so grab the lapel, jump forward and to left side for Osoto Gari (major outer reaping), then turn to Tai Otosh (body drop)
-
Step 4-5 - They throw a RH punch. RH block and redirect to one step #8. LH comes around to rear choke and RH grab sleeve. Knee bump their hips forward.
-
Steps 6-14 - Universal block defense against a narrow push. Turn to face them and push them back. Punch to the face, they throw a RH punch, so block it and punch to the face. They throw a LH punch, block it and step to the outside to ¾ back control (knifehand 1). Clear the arm and step forward to forearm strike and overhook (knifehand 2). The opponent attempts to punch with the RH, so LH pushes the elbow across and RH palm strike or atemi (knifehand 3). Slide down RH to wrist control, and step back into One step #8 Ikkyo. As they posture, collar tie and ridgehand strike. If they back up, side kick them back, or if they are too close, kick behind their legs to double leg Osoto.
-
Steps 15-17 - Defending against the push. Sidestep to the R, and guide them past you with LH forearm frame and RH elbow control. Step around them as you guide them to get to the ¾ back control. Reach over their back, and chin strap then pull their head backward with a reverse plum clinch.
-
Steps 18-19 - Opponent wide push, block the biceps, so they shoot under. Get double underhooks to defend, then step through and punch over the shoulder to Osoto Gari.
-
Steps 20-21 -Frame and groin grab, then push them back as you pull back on the groin to throw them. If they don’t go down, crescent kick and step down to groin strike.
-
Step 22-25 - Inside block and collar tie to crescent kick, step down into elbow strike. Under over clinch. Pummel. Pummel.
-
Step 26-30 - Opponent cross hand grips. RH grabs their wrist and brings elbow down to raise their R elbow while LH punches over top. LH assists in wrist control as you pull it to L side and draw it back. Bring it to the R side in sankyo, and step over in Hapkido leg style arm break. Repeat
-
Steps 31-33 - This time after you punch over top, you headlock hip throw. Repeat on other side.
-
Steps 34-end - forearm strike with overhook knifehand. Step out to Osoto gari with cross shoulder post. If they don’t fall, the LH elbow comes over top and drops them as you end in a defensive stance.
