Step R over left into X stance, high elbow breaking motion.

Right foot steps out to the right, supported middle block (LH supports right), palm out, horse stance.

Step left over right, in an X stance, supported low section bottomfist.

Right foot steps out into horse stance, with supported high section punch (left open hand supports at wrist)

Part 2 Movements (Bunseog Repeated)

Step right over left in an X stance, high elbow breaking motion.

Step out with left into a horse stance, supported middle block, palm out.

Step right over left in an X stance, supported low section bottomfist.

Step out with left foot into a horse stance, supported high punch (RH supports wrist)

Right side chamber. Left side chamber. Supported uppercut (LH supports).

Right foot comes up, then back down into horse stance as you do a RH elbow strike. RH knifehand block. Left hand punch across body.

Left foot steps across right, then right steps out into horse stance, with left hand middle block.

RH low supported chamber, draw back, and supported backfist strike (RH strikes on top of LH support). (KIHAP on backfist)

Chamber on the right side, then Supported uppercut (RH supports LH).

Left foot come up, then steps back down into horse stance, while delivering LH elbow strike. Then, LH knifehand block, followed by RH punch across body.

Step right over left, then step out with left into a horse stance, right hand middle block.

Guard (LH low, RH high), then go to half mountain block.

Supported backfist strike. (Kihap)

Backed against a cage or a wall

Step 1 - Opponent starts with a plum clinch. LH reaches across the top and grabs the far elbow to pull in and down. Rotate into them and strike with RH inside out elbow strike.

Step 2 - RH forearm smash into the side of their neck as you step out, keeping a LH frame.

Step 3 - RH Groin Strike them while keeping a LH frame

Step 4 - If they grab the wrist, rotate it over to a supported wrist lock, then step out and strike them with an uppercut.

Steps 6-10 - Repeat 1-4 on the other side, but this time, you will switch to a supported collar tie (similar to a plum clinch), and kuzushi (off balance them) with R side, L side, extend out to R side.

Step 11 - Knee strike them in the groin, then use RH to push them away into a LH body punch to the liver.

Step 12 - Walk across as they pressure into you, then use the LH to frame them away under the neck.

Step 13 - Frame and strike to the groin, pull back and bottomfist to the chin.
