Power move groin block. Feet open to Jun Bi as you power move with focus technique. Power move breaks open about 3 inches before hands come down in a big circle, with R fist to strike LH target.

Turn L, Double Knifehand Block. Turn R, Double Knifehand block

Face center, LH knifehand block, horse stance power move

Punch RH. Shift to L facing front stance and power move RH middle block.

Punch LH. Shift to R facing front stance and power move LH middle block.

LF comes to RF. Step forward RF into double knifehand block.

Turn 180 (face rear) guarded knifehand strike, front stance

Front Kick, step down and turn 180 into back stance supported low spearhead strike, half mountain block. Front stance low supported spearhead strike. Bring LF to RF, bottomfist strike.

Chamber L, chamber R, Side kick LF. Step down to RH elbow strike to target.

Jump in place to lunging front stance, hands outstretched to touch the floor on either side.

Turn 180 to face rear, low double knifehand block

Big turn to back stance middle block. Shift to front stance reverse punch

Turn 180 to face R, back stance middle block. Shift to front stance double punch.

RF to LF, chamber R, chamber L. RF side kick (toward rear). Step down into double knifehand block (toward front)

Step forward supported spearhead Midsection, front stance

Guard high, rotate into bottomfist strike.

Jump in place and backfist strike, horse stance

RH Elbow strike to target, down block. LH punch across the body.

LF moves clockwise to switch direction horse stance, scissor block.

Low X block. High open hand X block

Rotate 270 to face rear, tiger stance high open hand X block.

Flying front kick, land in backfist front stance.

Low sweeping block as you rotate to feet together facing front.
