Bunseog

Defending with back against the wall or a cage.

  • Steps 1-2 - Scissor block motion into an over under clinch, LH high, RH overhook posting into the inner leg.  As the opponent attempts to pummel, counter with your own pummel to over under clinch on the other side.

  • Step 3 - LH elbow frames them away and LH comes in to defend elbow strike, then draw your arm back and bottomfist strike.

  • Step 4 - They attempt to collar tie with their LH, so the RH inside high blocks to clear the collar tie as the LH strikes to the groin.

  • Step 5  - LH frame to RH bottomfist strike .

  • Step 6 -  They grab your RH in a 2 0n 1 grip, (likely with their head under your chin), pulling your wrist down and out.  Pull the hand back with your fist coming over theirs in a wrist lock over their RH.

  • Step 7 - Continue to wall walk as you punch your hand down to break the RH grip.

  • Step 8 -Big motion to break their other grip and clear their head position with bottomfist motion.

  • Step 9 - LF knee strike to their body, then LH clears the far side arm and RH body punch to kidney

  • Step 10 - Elbow drag as you wall walk across.  Step out to frame them away with low elbow under their chin.

  • Step 11 - Opponent attempts to collar tie to a knee strike.  RH comes over top and pulls the elbow down and across. LH block the knee strike and as you strip the grip, do a LH bottomfist
