Bright Mountain

  1.  Turn 90 degrees to the left, double open hand low section blocks to sides, tiger stance.

  2. RF front kick, then step forward into a double punch, front stance.

  3. Turn 180 degrees to the right, double open hand low section blocks, tiger stance.

  4. LF front kick, then step forward into a double punch, front stance.

  5. Turn 90 degrees to left, with a knifehand strike (RH), and LH open hand upper block, front stance.

  6. RH Grabs opponent’s wrist, while RH comes up into a twisted stance

  7. Step forward into a reverse punch.

  8. LH Grabs opponent’s wrist, while LH comes up into a twisted stance

  9. Step forward into a reverse punch

  10. RH Grabs opponent’s wrist, while RH comes up into a twisted stance

  11. Step forward into a reverse punch  (Kihap)

  12. Turn 270 degrees into a diamond block, back stance

  13. Supported uppercut, front stance.  Then, punch to side, horse stance.  

  14. Chamber Right side, feet together.  Then, LF side kick.

  15. Step down into an elbow strike, front stance.

  16. Turn 180 degrees into a diamond block, back stance

  17. Supported uppercut, front stance.  Then, punch to side, horse stance.  

  18. Chamber Right side, feet together.  Then, RF side kick.

  19. Step down into an elbow strike, front stance.

  20. RF back to LF, then turning 90 degrees to left, step forward into knifehand block, back stance.

  21. Step forward, spearhand strike, front stance.

  22. Low section guard, then turn 360 degrees into backfist strike, back stance.   Then, step forward into a forward punch, front stance.  (Kihap)

  23. Turn 270 degrees, scissor block, front stance.

  24. Front kick, step forward into double punch, front stance.

  25. Turn 180 degrees, scissor block, front stance.

  26. Front kick, step forward into double punch, front stance.

Kukkiwon

Bunseog

  • Steps 1-4 - Grab opponent’s hands in trapping and pull them down to front kick, jab cross.

  • Step 5 - Opponent attempts to one handed choke or collar grab with their RH.  LH reaches over their arm and grabs their chin and pulls it back, followed by a knifehand strike to the neck.  

  • Steps 6-11 - Grab the wrist of the high guard and pull it down to trap then step forward and punch to the exposed face.

  • Steps 12-17 - Grabbed from behind on your right shoulder, rotate to face opponent and LH / RH grab inside control.  LH nearside collar grab thumb down and RH uppercut.  LH punches out across the shoulder line as you footplant Osoto.  If they keep balance, draw back to create space and side kick, then step down into an elbow strike.  Repeat the other side.

  • Steps 18-22 - Overhook and forearm strike knifehand block.  From the cross collar frame, punch the RH underhook through.  They strong overhook and attempt to mir lock, so you rotate your hand down, and do a spinning backfist and grab their collar and pull it toward you as you step outside and punch.  

  • Steps 23-End - Keeping the collar grip, snap them down and uppercut them.  Front kick and step into a double punch, with the second punch grabbing the collar.  Rotate and repeat.
