Bunseog

  • Step 1 - Defending a bear hug, arms pinned

  • Step 2 - Step deep to the left and LH posts on their lat to push them to the side, while making a RH frame across the hips to create space.

  • Steps 3-5 - LH grabs the collar and pushes them away into a RH punch.  Then get your inside hand position bicep control both hands, and tilt them by pulling your R elbow low and your L elbow high.  As they grip back to counter, switch RH to grab their R shoulder and throw a LH body punch uppercut.  Then step out to a Tuk Gong Mul Sol style Osoto Gari (foot planted outer reaping) as you punch your hand out, driving their shoulder back

  • Steps 6-7 - If the opponent steps back to defend the Osoto, draw back your lead foot to avoid being counter thrown with Osoto, and use the RH to swim under and across to clear their grips.  Then step L to the outside and punch.

  • Step 8 - As their hands come up to defend, use your LH to cross grip your opponent’s sleeve at the wrist and turn to your L and pull it down and across your body.

  • Step 9-13 - As they posture up, step behind them and one handed choke.  Side kick to a second opponent.  As they rotate out of the choke, step with blitz punches

  • Step 14 - Opponent attempts to LH collar grab and punch.  LH comes under and breaks grip as you rotate while rh guides their elbow

  • Steps 15-18   - LH comes over top elbow and pulls it across.  RH grab collar from behind.  Turn and guide to release into RH kick.  Second RH to box them in.  Trap with your rear hand and and forearm strike knifehand

  • Steps 19-22 -  Grab their lapel and Turn 90 to lapel drag to punch the head.  Stay close and advance with 2 quick short range punches. Ude hineri shoulder lock.  LH pulls the shoulder and RH pulls the elbow across as you rotate to throw.
