Step back, power move open hand scissor block, front stance

Step forward, power move open hand scissor block, front stance

Spearhand strike midsection, palm down. Then, step out 90 degrees to the right, with a palm up knifehand block, back stance (rear hand chamber).

Stepping with the right foot, step forward 90 degrees to the left. Left hand comes over head in open hand guard, while right hand goes into a palm strike, back stance.

Step forward, palm strike goes into the open hand guard over head, and back to chamber while other hand comes forward into a palm strike, back stance.

Step forward into overhead guard and palm strike, back stance.

Rear foot steps behind left in a twisted X stance, while hands come up into a supported LH upper block (x block). Then Step back with left foot into a horse stance, double lower block to sides.

Take two steps then jump into a full mountain block, horse stance. (Kihap)

Turning back, left foot crescent kick, then turn into a full mountain block, horse stance.

Right foot crescent kick, then turn into a full mountain block, horse stance.

Left foot crescent kick, then turn into a full mountain block, horse stance.

Power move double middle block.

Step into the form with left foot, Jun Bi.

Facing 90 degrees to the right, power move knifehand block with chamber, back stance

Step back into a half mountain block, crane stance. Then step forward into a staff block, front stance.

Turn 270 degrees, low section spearhand, front stance. Switch to half mountain block, back stance.

Steps 1-4 - Both wrists grabbed. RH comes under their wrist and lifts the straight arm to lock out the shoulder. LH pushes their RH across and RH punches to underhook with spearhead. Pull them to your Right Side, then clear their arm, and Atemi with Osoto Gari.

Steps 5-6 - Opponent grabs your lead hand, pull it back and palm strike them in the face. Repeat motion.

Steps 7-8 - Step up into a cross collar choke, and as their RH comes up to defend, your RH grabs it and you pull them down with a LH snapdown, as the RH pulls their far arm across their body in front of you. Jump out to the side and pull their arm across with your RH, as your left elbow drops down over their face to bring them down.

Steps 9-11 - Opponent pulls out a knife. Crescent kick to clear the weapon. Grab the wrist with RH and pull it up, then use LH forearm to break the elbow. Repeat x 2

Steps 12-13 - Double chicken wing from behind. Start to release them as you stand up, and lower their hands down, returning to Jun Bi.

Steps 14-17 - Opponent same side sleeve grips. Circle hand inside. As they throw a big hook with their RH, use the LH to high block as you knee strike the groin. LH (top hand) throat strikes, while the RH (bottom hand), rotates around the hand and pulls it in, to rotate their elbow in, ideally to push their head over their shoulder. Repeat xx

Steps 18-19 - Rotate to groin grab throw.

Steps 20-end - LH grabs their lead hand and frames across their guard. Pull their lead hand down as you step outside and punch. Repeat other direction.
